Tina is amazing at massage! I had a deep tissue massage for long-term deep tension in my shoulder blade and pectoral muscles. She did such an excellent job relieving the tension and improving my range of motion. She showed me stretches and techniques to help relieve that area of chronic tension. She is also very personable and I highly recommend seeing her for massage!
